Dear Issa, I would like to thank you for producing the GO! Tango P.D. virtual chair classes. They are a lot of fun, and are a surprisingly effective exercise session as well. Gloria is a delight as a Program leader. She has such a positive attitude, and is always encouraging, even when I get behind on performing the suggested movements. Her knowledge of exercise physiology is impressive -- if one approach to the exercise is too hard for me, she has alternatives ready to go. My wife Gwen joins in with the program and she finds it equally engaging. I was diagnosed with PD 10 years ago and I have tried numerous Physical Therapy programs and exercise regimens. GO! Tango P.D. virtual chair classes are the most fun and one of the most effective. Before this program, I could not get up from a chair without grabbing on to something. After a month of our weekly sessions, I can stand up unassisted, without using my arms or hands! The exhortations from Gloria to focus on my "core" actually work!

"I started GO! Tango P.D. in March 2019, thanks to Issa. The class is held every Monday and I've been attending regularly. My daughter and I returned from a two-week vacation to Puerto Rico to visit family and they were surprised to see the great improvement. They were amazed seeing me hike mountains, walking up and down slopes without any assistance. I was unstoppable! It was a Great vacation."
"My husband and I just started classes but I noticed the difference in his posture right away. He is standing taller and stronger. There is also a twinkle in his eyes because he is enjoying himself so much!"
"My name is Marcella Caveney and my husband is Timothy who has suffered from Parkinson's for nine years. We have danced tango for 18 years but now our dance needs to be modified due to Tim's balance issues. Issa is doing a lot to help these people maintain their energy, balance and positive attitudes on life."
